fender-bender
輕微事故

explanation : A 'fender-bender' is a minor accident.  They can often happen during 'bumper-to-bumper' traffic!  The 'fender' refers to the part of the car's body that covers the tire.  In a 'fender-bender' there is some damage to a car, but not enough to make it impossible to drive.

e.g.  Tom had a fender bender on the Central Highway, but he was able to keep diving to the repair shop.
