Scholars Pre-College Programs
The George Washington
University offers two exciting programs for academically motivated
high school students: 10-day GWorkshops and a 6-week pre-college
program. Ten-day GWorkshops are intensive mini courses that offer
students (grades 9-11) the opportunity to explore and analyze
complex issues in possible fields of study. The 6-week Precollege
Program offers high school juniors (rising seniors) the
opportunity to preview an authentic college experience and earn
academic credit. Students also participate in a credit-bearing
writing course, academic exploration, and college life discussions
and demonstrations. Residential and commuter options are
available.

Rolling applications are accepted until June 3rd on a
space available basis. Financial Aid deadline April 1. Priority
given to early applicants.
