是這樣子的,我同事的朋友在加州Fresno市讀語言學校,而我也想去
就讀,但我不知道該所學校除了申請表格還有申請費外,還需要附上
什麼文件呢?可否告訴我?   /疑惑的Kevin

除了填好申請表與附上申請費之外，你還必須準備財力證明！最好
可以再寫一封短信，說明自己要申請的是什麼課程，幾時開課、幾時
結束。下面的短信可以讓你當作參考：

Dear Sir / Madame,

My name is Kevin.  I'd like to apply for your Academic Intensive
English Program, commencing from June 26 to September 15, 2000.

Please find the following required documents:

(1) Completed Enrollment Application Form
(2) Two Identical Photos for Student Identification Card
(3) Course Application Fee US$150
(4) Bank Statement

I require I-20 to apply for Student Visa to enter U.S.A, so
please kindly issue us I-20 as well.

Thank you very much, and I am looking forward to hearing
from you.
